Insanity Prelude: Isn't it a little early to put parent tropes on Elizabeth and Will's sections yet? They don't even have a kid until after the end of the third movie. Once the fourth one comes around, though- then yeah, I can't imagine Elizabeth as anything but an Action Mom.
Laota: There's been some remarks about Jack and Barbossa, their alignment depending on the movie, which is kind of an uninformed opinion, but it also seems to attract arguments. I pruned some of that out, and some remark about Will Turner being "Jack's only friend and brother." That's just a teeny bit fanficy. I also plucked out all the references I could find to Will being the "original" main character of the trilogy, as that was (and is) in fact Elizabeth. Will was always The Aragorn. I tried to make the Elizabeth section more objective, too. I think a Yaoi Fangirl might have recently called this page home....
