That's a M.U.G.E.N character called the Debugger. Long story short, it uses a null code exploit to cause the opponent to cease existing, causing it to win before the battle even starts.

That is fanart of my 3 favorite characters from Inu Yasha (Sango, her perverted eventual husband Miroku, and her little brother Kohaku) celebrating Christmas. However, Miroku decided to stuff himself in Sango's stocking...and Sango isn't too happy about it while Kohaku asks her why Miroku is in her stocking.

It's a meme called "Stoned Fox". It was a stuffed fox made by some Russian person. However, some people on the Internet thought it was so hilariously creepy that they started Photoshopping it into other pictures, starting the meme. Personally, I think it's Creepy Cute.

Who's this?

Funnily enough, this guy was NOT made for MUGEN. He was made for an unfinished Contra-like flash game, and his name was initially Iron Commando, back in the early stages when he was a robot. After updating the concept, he's now a Meta, an Energy Being alien from Another Dimension beyond the multiverse and the laws of physics itself (he's still pretty vulnerable to energy weapons), and is now called I.C. But yes, this is where I got my name ironcommando from.

I know you're a M.U.G.E.N. contributor, and this fellow looks like something you might have made for that program. I once tried to make something for M.U.G.E.N. until I got bored of moving sprites and discovered it was generally far harder than I thought it'd be.

As I stated on the first page, that's Terry Two, a clipart pic I found, edited and gave a personality. I also mentioned that he was the main character of a comic/series concept I had. You can see the post on the first page for more details on that.
