I've removed it for now. Battle Cats has a sister game based on Kitaro which does actually show the damage the characters take, so a screenshot from that game could work.
The page image is textbook Just a Face and a Caption. The image doesn't even necessarily convey "enemy." Surely there's an image out there including the character taking damage?
