League of Villains
General
A group of villains with the goal of killing All Might and to destroy Hero society. While originally disorganized and consisted mostly of two-bit Mooks, it has since become a true threat towards the Heroes. Only time will tell if they are successful in their goals.
- Badass Crew: After gaining new allies after the U.S.J attack, the League became a far more powerful and dangerous group thanks to powerful and smart members like Dabi and Mr. Compress.
- Quality over Quantity: The original League mostly contained hired thugs that were used mostly as Cannon Fodder. Lampshaded by Izuku that using this method is never a good idea, especially when your goal is to infiltrate U.A. and kill All Might. After their failed attack, the League began scouting for new allies, becoming a smaller but more dangerous group.

Izuku Midoriya — Deku
Izuku Midoriya was once just an avid hero fan with the dream of being a hero himself, despite being Quirkless. However, after years of discrimination and his hearing his idol All Might to give up, Izuku had reached his breaking point. Then, after a chance meeting with Tomura Shigaraki, Izuku ends up entangled in the world of villainy, for better or worse.
- Adaptational Badass: Izuku manages to perform some impressive feats despite being Quirkless. This is best seen during the Forest Training arc where he saves Kota Izumi from Muscular, defeats Muscular, takes down two U.A. students while saving Mustard, and helps the Vanguard Action Squad escape easier. His feats become even more incredible when he gains all of All For One's quirks and starts using them.
- Adaptational Villainy: After spending his time with the Tomura, Kurogiri, and the League, Izuku is more than willing to help them and do illegal activities, even with his conditions he gave them.
- All-Encompassing Mantle: Izuku's Beta Outfit consisted of an armored cloak, a knife, and a mask that covers most of his distinguishing characteristics (except his eyes). Izuku gets some goggles added later before he gets his next costume.
- Anti-Villain: Along with being Affably Evil, Izuku still has many of his canon personality traits. He's still the same Izuku, but working with villains. Stain himself mentions that Izuku has many of the traits that he wants to see in heroesStain: You...have some of the qualities that I would admire most in a hero.
- Bifurcated Weapon: After saving Stain by giving him a knife, Stain returns the knife with a few new features. One of them is attaching a removable long blade to the knife to switch between the two modes.
- Break Them by Talking: Doubles as a Rousing Speech when he gives one of these to Katsuki, stating that heroes create villains by refusing to see them as people who need help and that villains are merely people that want to escape the pain that they have dealt with their entire lives. Not only do the villains cheer Izuku after finishing with a Badass Creed, Katsuki is left speechless, finally seeing how much Izuku has changed.
- Calling Your Attacks: Izuke does this when he first starts using some of All For One's offensive quirks. He stops after getting used to the quirks.
- Chaste Hero: Inverted; Izuku seems completely oblivious to Himiko's flirting.
- Chronic Hero Syndrome: Even while a villain, Izuku still goes into other people's business to help them. He still helps Todoroki and Kota with their issues even though the former is a hero in training.
- Combination Attack: Izuku can be a Magma Man by combining the Boil Rock quirk to melt stone and the rock throwing quirk to control the lava. He also mixed his Air Cannon with Dabi's blue fire to create a wave of flames to fight Overhaul.
- Determinator:
- Did You Just Flip Off Cthulhu?: After revealing that he also knows about All Might's weakness to All For One, Izuku then yells at him and demands why he didn't share that information with Tomura and Kurogiri. All For One is left stunned by this and decides to share his knowledge about All Might's Quirk.
- Oblivious to Love: Completely oblivious to Himiko's flirting, despite everyone else seeing it clear as day.
Kurogiri
- Don't Look At Me: Whatever he looks like underneath all the mist, he does not want anyone seeing. It's to the point where he'll point a gun at Izuku after his Quirk has been taken to force him to look away.
- Team Dad: To the younger members of the League, and Izuku and Tomura in particular.
Himiko Toga
- Adaptational Heroism:...Kind of? She's still a serial killer, after all, but as Stain points out, Izuku's influence has her genuinely believing in the League's cause rather than just looking for an excuse to do violence.
- Cuteness Proximity: She practically freaks out when Izuku brings Eri home.
- Everyone Can See It: Her feelings for Izuku are blatant to, naturally, everyone but Izuku.
Dabi
- Pet the Dog: Has an odd moment where he takes Eri under his protection during the Shie Hassaikai Raid, telling her to stick close to him and he'll keep her safe.
Magne — Kenji Hikiishi
- Spared by the Adaptation: Killed by Overhaul in canon, but survives the encounter here, though becomes pretty Out of Focus all the same.

All For One
- Evil Mentor: To Izuku and Tomura both, all for the purpose of crafting a lasting legacy.
- Killed Off for Real: After his fight with All Might, although his internal monologue implies this was All Part Of The Plan, throwing the "For Real" part into question.
- Throwing the Fight: Deliberately lets All Might break through his guard in their fight turning what would've been a crippling strike into a fatal one.
