I do think some of the gossipy stuff can be cut. But also the cynical part of me would point out that the main reason she has a career is because of who her dad was so some of her pre-career background is still relevant. I do think at least the stuff about her personal struggles can be cut.
Yeah, I was mostly talking about the self-harm stuff. Not everything about her life before her personal career started is irrelevant (like the speech she gave at Michael's funeral), but I don't think her teenage suicide attempts are noteworthy, especially since I think it's generally against guidelines (or at least good taste) to go on and on about self-harm.
I agree that at least some of it needs to be trimmed down. Last week, I had to remove a line that called her "a real-life Woobie", because the trope is NRLEP by definition.
The troper behind the bulk of the Paris Jackson page (including the self-harm stuff and the Woobie pothole) is Tropers/metaceejay97. They haven't edited anything since last August, which was also the last time they edited Jackson's page. I suspect they're some kinda stan for her, since literally every edit that's not a small grammar fix/you deleting the Woobie pothole on her page is by them.

I edited down the page to be less about her private life (and rephrase some sections to make them seem more objective towards her.)
The biography for Paris Jackson talks a lot about her mental health struggles and self-harm attempts, which seems a little bit too prying into her personal life, especially since she's still living, still pretty young, discusses things that happened before she started her actual career, and has talked about how much she doesn't like being a paparazzi magnet. Should this be edited?
