Youma Manneguin
Played by: Hyuuga Kasumi
A youma disguised as Haruna-sensei.
Saitou Kun
Played by: Mochizuki Yuuta (Original), Kasahara Ryuuji (Kaiteiban)
A high school student who used to go to Minako's school. Minako has a crush on him. Actually Kunzite in disguise.
- Mythology Gag: In the Sailor V manga, there was a gang leader named Saitou-kun that Minako crushed on. Unlike this version, while he looked suspiciously similar to Kunzite, they weren't related.
High School Students A, B, and C
Played by: Nihashi Susumu (A), Akita Toshitaka (B), Seike Toshikazu (C)
Saitou's friends from his school gymnastics team. Actually Jadeite, Zoisite, and Nephrite, respectively.
- Everyone Calls Him "Barkeep": To the point that they refer to themselves by those names. That is, before they trap the Inner Senshi.
DD Girls
Played by: Doubayashi Hisako, Nishi Yuuko, Maikuma Mayumi
Sailor Moon S - Usagi - Ai no Senshi e no Michi/Henshin - Super Senshi e no Michi
Daimon Gondola
A daimon created from the gondola that Usagi and Mamoru ride on.Death Mannetjes (Death Ra, Death Ri, Death Ru, Debu Re)
Played by: Kasahara Ryuuji, Idono Masakazu, Ozaki Masayuki, Kowada Kouhei
- Alphabetical Theme Naming: "Ra", "ri", "ru", and "re" are Japanese syllables in alphabetical order. Debu Re breaks the "death" motif; debu (not too far off from the approximation desu for "death") is a slang term meaning "fat".
- Four Is Death
- Spot the Imposter: They turn "Tuxedo Mission" into one of these by impersonating Tuxedo Mask.
- Quirky Mini Boss Squad
Death Nightmares
Played by: Ishikawa Kaori, Endou Ado, Matsumoto Yuuko, Ikemoto Eri, Doubayashi Hisako, Nakahara Yoshiko
- Four Is Death: There were four Death Nightmares in Ai no Senshi. Two more were added in Super Senshi.

Mysterious Girl

Played by: Takeda Keiko
- Canon Character All Along: She's actually Sailor Saturn. In the Kaiteiban, it is established that she is a brainwashed, aged-up Hotaru.

A group of animal-themed Sailor Senshi under Galaxia's control.

Shadows (Shadow Mantis, Shadow Bee, Shadow Bug)
Three shadows that are part of Shadow Galactica.
Played by: Ishikawa Kaori, Endou Ado, Matsumoto Yuuko

Galactica Army (Sailor Theta, Sailor Chi, Sailor Phi)
Introduced in the Kaiteiban. Theta, Chi, and Phi replace Shadow Mantis, Bee, and Bug.
Played by: Endou Ado, Akimoto Rieko, Akimoto Sachiko
- Demoted to Extra: In the manga, Sailors Phi and Chi were in charge of watching over all the Sailor Crystals that Shadow Galactica had gathered and stored in their gardens, and were titled the Star Gardeners. In addtion they seemed to be tied in rank directly under Galaxia, as they're seen delivering progress reports to her. They're also shown to to be quite strong and have a body count of six other senshi between them. In the musicals, none of this is true as they're generic foot troops there to provide mooks for the heros to fight during songs and provide backup vocals during villian songs.
- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: For the Shadows.
MC Fly
Played by: Kasahara Ryuuji
Eien Densetsu
Sailor Mitis Kerokko
Played by: Wakamatsu Megumi
Kyaosu
Played by: Kasahara Ryuuji
One of Galaxia's minions. A source of much of the comic relief who occasionally helps the Senshi as well. He's actually a manifestation of Chaos, who has been manipulating Galaxia.- Big Bad
- Chekhov's Gunman
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass
- The Man Behind the Man: Inverted. Chaos has been right in front of everyone, acting as Galaxia's lackey.

Cern, Serpen, and Kraken
Three pirates who serve Loof Merrow. They're actually androids created to protect her.
- A Pirate 400 Years Too Late
- Ninja Pirate Robot Zombie: Almost literally. Cern, Serpen, and Kraken are pirates, Ridiculously Human Robots, and around 5,000 years old, but they aren't ninjas (in fact, they're pretty bad at stealth).
- Theme Naming: They are named after sea creatures (the Cierin-Croin, a sea serpent, and the Kraken, respectively).
Personifications of the Comet Coatl
- The Smurfette Principle: Inverted. Dark Plasman is the only male character among this group of antagonists.

- Lady in Red: Leah, naturally.
- Law of Chromatic Superiority: Leah is clearly the leader of the trio and gets a song to herself.
- Meaningful Name: In the Book of Genesis, Bilhah and Zilpah were Leah's handmaidens. Leah is considered one of the Jewish matriarchs.

Space Knight
A mysterious masked hero. He does justice.
Played by: Mochizuki Yuuta
- Canon Character All Along: He's actually King Endymion, who time traveled in disguise to keep an eye on Chibi-Usa.
- Casting Gag: Yuuta played Tuxedo Mask in almost all of the First Stage musicals and King Endymion in Shin Densetsu Kourin.

- Image Song: "I Do Justice"

The spirit of all of the stars destroyed by Coatl.

- Parental Substitute: For the kittens.
Shin - Henshin - Super Senshi e no Michi ~Last Dracul Jokyoku~
Count Dracul
Played by: Mochizuki Yuuta
- Cain and Abel: He is the latter Trope Namer.
- Not Quite Dead: In Transylvania no Mori, it is revealed that he was banished to the underworld. He gets to come back in the Kaiteiban.
- Our Vampires Are Different: The stereotypical vampire weaknesses are ineffective. He very sportingly sits the Senshi down to debunk them. He's also able to drink the milk Usagi brought
- Would Hurt a Child: Has no qualms about trying to kill Levy in Death Vulcan.
Undead Berserk
Played by: Kasahara Ryuuji
- Canon Character All Along: Inverted. Professor Tomoe was Berserk all along.

Played by: Endou Ado, Kawasaki Miki, Yamauchi Junko, Ogino Izumi
- Back from the Dead: II/Le Fay comes back in Death Vulcan as a full-fledged Nightmare going by her real name, Olam Tiphareth.
- Chekhov's Gunman: The Death Nightmares have a greater part to play in the Dracul Arc than their initial appearance would suggest.
- Our Vampires Are Different: Being bitten by a vampire brings them under the control of that vampire (in this case, Count Dracul).
- Parental Substitute: II/Le Fay's orders are to be one for Dracul's child. She continues to play this role in Transylvania no Mori, in keeping with Dracul's wishes.
- Walking Spoiler
Kessen - Transylvania no Mori - Shin Toujou! Chibi-Usa wo Mamoru Senshi-tachi
Bloody Dracul Vampir
Count Dracul's estranged half-human daughter who seeks revenge for her father's death.
Played by: Ono Hikari
- Cain and Abel: Revealed later to be the Abel for (Dark) Cain.
- Dhampir: Her mother is human. This is a plot point.
- I Hate You, Vampire Dad: Literally. Because he "Let Vampir's mother die". Or rather he respected his human wife's wishes and didn't turn her, which led to her own father killing her for loving a vampire. While Vampir eventually forgives him, their relationship isn't exactly the greatest. That said even before patching things up, she's still after Sailor Moon for (Seemingly) killing him at the end of the previous musical. Family is still apparently important, even you hate their guts.
- Names to Run Away from Really Fast: That said, in normal speech she's referred to as just Vampir... Which probably isn't much better given she's a vampire.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge
Sheba Shingetsu Astarte/Sailor Astarte/Death Vulcan/Dark Cain (Kaiteiban)
Played by: Hosoda Aya
- Demonic Possession: And how.

- Killed Offscreen: Her fate is left ambiguous after Transylvania no Mori, but late in Death Vulcan, it is heavily implied that she did not survive.
- The Worf Effect: Sailor Astarte is hit by this in Act 2 as the presence of either the goddess Astarte or Dark Cain, it isn't made clear grows stronger.

Played by: Matsuoka Miki, Imamiya Tarika (Kaiteiban)
Baron Gilles de Rais
Played by: Kasahara Ryuuji, Miyauchi Yutaka(Kaiteiban)
Elizabeth Bathory
Played by: Miyazawa Akiko

Played by: Tominaga Kenji
- Apocalypse How: His objective is a Class 6 (himself included).

- Hoist by His Own Petard: His plan to steal the Ginzuishou backfires in a big way when Princess Serenity's Ginzuishou calls to it from across time, allowing the Inner Senshi and Sailor Moon to transform and foil his plans.
- He also gravely miscalculated Abel's involvement and power, which ultimately leads to his being sealed away.

Death Nightmares (Roi Malkuth, Elyon Yesod, Olam Tiphareth

Three demons with powerful magic who work alongside Dark Cain and Death Vulcan. For more information on Olam Tiphareth, see Death Nightmare II/Le Fay
- Apocalypse How: Their true objective is a Class 6.
- Neutral Evil: The Nightmares have no real allegiance to anyone in particular, they just do what they feel is necessary to accomplish the above Apocalypse How and make humans suffer for their own benefit.
- Not Quite Dead: Olam's existence throughout the arc left the possibility open that the other Death Nightmares were not necessarily gone for good.
- The Man Behind the Man: They are responsible for the larger conflict and gave Death Vulcan power in order to purge the Earth of its "mistakes" by returning it to a "zero world".

- Foreshadowing: Endou Ado would go on to play Sailor Lead Crow in Starlights - Ryuusei Densetsu.

- The Danza/Actor Allusion: Like White Crow Ado, Devil Miki is named for the actress playing her (and references her being cast exclusively in antagonist roles).
