Billy: “I’m not trying to be a hero! I’m fighting the dragon!”
Merlin: “See, magic ain’t got nothin’ to do with organs and glands and busted necks. Magic got to do with the soul, man. Okay the soul’s got destiny. It got wings, its can fly—that’s magic. But the body, the body just got a few minutes down here in the dirt with the rest of us.”
Morgan: “I was never into this King Arthur crap anyway. I was into the bikes, man. Bikes, that’s how I got here.”
Pippin: “He just recently found out Morgan le Fay was a woman.”
Rocky: “No, that’s not true. I don’t take any heat because I know who I am. And very often I do kick ass.”
Linet: “I wanted you. Not your dream. Enough of that dream rubbed off on me. I’m vulnerable again. And now you tell me it can’t be done? I coulda told you that two years ago.”
Billy: “Two years. Still here.”
Linet: “Still here. I don’t know if it’s because of you anymore, Billy. But I’m here.”
Bagman: “See, the way I see it is this—you got two separate fights. The one for truth and justice and the American way of life andall that. That's gotta take a back seat to the one for stayin' alive. You gotta stay alive. Man, you can have the most beautiful ideals in the whole world, but if you die, your ideals are gonna die with you.”
Punch (to Morgan): “Can’t you understand? This isn't just a roadside carney anymore. Not for some of us anyway. It's a lot more than that, it's a whole lot more. If you can't get some sort of spiritual fix outta this, then—then you belong with that loudmouth hype artist.”
Pippin: “Were we just married on radio?”
