Berserk Button if the reaction is disproportionate to the question.

Possibly I Shall Taunt You if the point is to get someone angry.

For what it's worth, Trigger Phrase is about situations where someone's been brainwashed and that's basically a password to command them, while Armour-Piercing Question is a question which forces someone to stop and think, so an APQ that gets someone angry still fits that trope.

Perhaps it would help if the OP had an example?

Okay, here are some examples.

Bojack Horseman, in “Let’s Find Out”, after Mr. Peanutbutter kept mocking Bo Jack in his gameshow, Bo Jack finally snaps and asks him, “How come your wife flew all the way to war-torn Cordovia just to get away from you?”, to which Mr. Peanutbutter takes that very offensively, and confronts himself with all sorts of aggresive questions back to Bo Jack.

Owl House, in “Agony of a Witch”, during a fight between Eda and Lilith, they both would trade insults to eachother, until Lilith angrily slips, why she was so easy to curse? As Eda realizes this, she yells in fury, and rushes forward and destroys Lilith's shield, flinging Lilith in the wall hard enough to leave a crater.

On Total Drama Pakathiew Island, in “A Blast from the Past”, during Amy and Samey’s elimination, Amy makes the comparison of herself with Samey as she herself is a parfait, which is German for perfect. Amy retaliates by asking .what’s German for “bossy blonde cow”, angering Amy as she pounces on her sister, and fights her.
