The Power Armors are featured in the two CGI sequels by Shinji Aramaki.
Surely you can think of other ways in which you can compare the book and the film? From what I've heard, the film and the book are starkly different in many regards, especially tone and themes, so I was hoping you would delve into those topics rather than complaining about the lack of the battle suit and spending most of your review on an analogy to illustrate that point.
Valiona: You can\'t tell, but this review is at least a decade old. It was suddenly bumped by Greasus Goldtooth Rules.
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years.Oh, I didn't notice. It's unfortunate that the date for the review changes to the most recent comment, rather than when it was first posted.

Movie vs Book
There is just one issue in the Starship Troopers movie that drives me crazy.
Imagine a Tarzan movie without the jungle.
Imagine Romeo and Juliet without Juliet.
Imagine "Lassie Come Home" without the dog.
Imagine "The Lord of the Rings" without Gandalf.
That is "Starship Troopers" without the battle suit, which was so central to the book it never occurred to me that it would not show up in the movie.
