Even ignoring the misanthropic tone; there's still a lot of issues. Most glaringly is the issue of the Mane Six being horribly OOC. Seriously, everypony, even Pinkie Pie gets in on the Fantastic Racism. That is so far from how they're shown in canon, it isn't even funny. In addition, the latest chapters seem so different from the first few that they might as well be from different stories.
No, Darius. Nobody wants to kill Blaze. While JDR has certainly attracted a sizeable Hate Dom, its her own fault for the things she writes, especially since she refuses to acknowledge anyone has a valid point in why they dislike the stories.
Not to mention that JDR is so arrogant that she actually thinks her stories are more in line with Lauren's vision than the actual show itself.
To be fair, if you're referring to the original Conversion Bureau fic, even Blaze himself said he found it mediocre in hindsight.
I'm not pro-human. I know humans have their flaws. I know that humans have a long way to go. I devote my life to environmental policy because I know people are shortsighted selfish douchebags who need Big Brother to lean in and remind them about what they need to do to not consume more resources than they have a legitimate right to.
I still can't stand a lot of the Conversion Bureau stuff, its just too misanthropic even for me
I hate the Conversion Bureau for being a terribly written story with the morals of a delusional nutcase. There is a reason why the "bias" exists. It's not because of being "pro-human," it's because the situation is so poorly examined and so ridiculously misanthropic, not to mention the fact that JDR is ludicrously arrogant and obnoxious.
At least Blaze recognizes its flaws.

Alright, Let's Un-bias This ****
There's been a bit of a bias about this series on tvtropes. I'm here to break that bias.
This story is actually well written, the content is thought provoking, and some parts of it are actually fun to read. But be advised, definitely not for anyone who is so "pro-human" that they would want to kill the author. True story.
