Only good thing on Disney Channel
Phineas and Ferb wasn't a great show at first, but gradually got so much better. The reason this show works is that it's ridiculous... and takes advantage of that. The writers went all the way with how silly the universe is, such as the numerous times that Candace can't bust her brothers because so many weird things happened. It's basically satirizing itself. The jokes are usually enough to at least get a grin or snicker, then you'll get a few that are downright hilarious. The songs aren't great, but I'm willing to look past that. This is one of the few cartoons where I always make sure to see the new episodes and especially look forward to special episodes. So there... I like a current show on Disney Channel and I'm not afraid to admit it.
