Plain Terrible

Finally dropped the series after reading hundreds of chapters. Some issues that I would consider to be its most glaring flaws:

1. The plot.

It's often dragged on for too long, way too many expo speak (watch out whenever the protag is explaining a yet new mechanic of his power or anytime someone is talking about the history of Korea), awkward pacing in general, and at times seem to be written by the seat of the author's pants. There's also the power creep aspect, which is terrible even in comparison to most action series.

2. The characters.

The protagonist can be charitably described as a bland gary stu, whose only personality seems to be how strong he is thanks to his hilariously broken ability and how much he wants to be stronger. His friends are slightly better, though even they still felt more like living props for the protag at times. The villains are even more terrible. None of them I can consider to be interesting, be it their ability or personality. The Company is especially bad at this.

3. The art.

It's mediocre, at best. Many of the characters appear to be copy pasted on with little differences being in hairstyle and colour, the backgrounds are very basic looking, the paneling is awkward. Lastly, the very stiff fight scenes. The last one hurt especially bad for an action series.

4. Other

Even the "video game" part of the manhwa, the supposed main attraction of the series falls flat. Anyone who had played any RPGs could probably tell that Protagonist's power doesn't make any lick of sense. Ridiculous and inconsistent growth, Absolutely broken mechanics for no reason other than MC's convenience, and so on. If anyone tries to emulate the series system in a real RPG they would run into real serious balance issues very early on.

Tl;dr: No strong point except for the wish-fulfillment aspect.
