Unordinary is a webtoon series that caught my attention recently. I've read up to the 84 chapters that were released at the point of writing this, and for the most part, I've been enjoying it. John's story is engaging to follow, Seraphina makes for a decent secondary protagonist, and the superhero world that's been established through Wellston's school system is a fun set-up. My only nitpick of this is that it's just unbelievable how many of the students are jerks/bullies, but with the world that's been set up, it mostly makes sense why they would act this way. So I find it forgivable with the exception of there just being too many flat bully-type characters.
As for the one major problem I have with this series. The pacing is slow. Like really, REALLY, slow! This is definitely not the type of series that should be read on a weekly basis where there will be many times where it simply feels like nothing of importance happened. Hold off for several months, and read the chapters in bulks. I guarantee that if one does that, they will have a much better experience with this series.
