This fic is comparatively short (4 chapters), simple, and sweet. It's very much in the style of Groundhog Day, with Blueblood going through many of the same mood changes and developments (at one point he torches the gala and destroys the castle), but with a very distinctly MLP twist. The difficulties he encounters in trying to make the Gala "the best night ever" are at times hilarious and at times intriguing. The best part is when he finally prepares the Mane 6 to act appropriately for the gala so they indeed have "the best night," only to find that "the best night ever" isn't actually all that great. Includes some touching moments with Celestia, Luna, and Rarity.
