A dearth in entries describing the fandom's general opinion (or broken one) on a villain, especially one with a Complete Monster writeup, either means he's super obscure/no one gives a shit (especially if there is only a YMMV namespace for a Complete Monster entry and nothing else), or everyone truly hates him, and the dearth is because TV Tropes considers true hate strong Flame Bait. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the fandom in those cases treat such characters as repressed traumatic memories.
