I think it's cuz Terumi is the one pulling the strings. Hazama just happens to be his vessel.

Well as of Central Fiction Hazama is his own man now. If he wants that oh-so-coveted Complete Monster title, now is his chance.

I come back and it seems Hazama is not that interested in Terumi's show anyhow.
But since Izanami was rated Complete Monster instead, what does that say about the Origin? Wouldn't that make Saya less sympahetic because half of her became a Complete Monster?

The Broken base page doesn't seem to work. It just takes you to the main broken base page
