Why does this say that this is the first cartoon to feature a black family when Rugrats showed Susie Carmichael and her family before this show came out? Or do they just mean the first *disney* Cartoon?

I'm assuming they're talking about how the black family members are the main characters. Susie Camichael's and her family members are supporting characters.
