So I'm noticing, in the show's opening theme tune, as each of them are stepping up to blast the ghost, Garrett is very clearly standing up and walking, which is of course wrong because he's in a wheelchair (and is shown in one in the wide shot).

I don't think it's a continuity error, as it's just part of the theme tune, but is it another trope I can't think of at the moment?

Not sure what it comes under but in the episode "in your dreams" Egon in dreaming about being naked in public, he doesn't react with fear or embarrassment but start psychoanalysing his own dream.
