For some reason whenever I try to add Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins to this page, it just disappears whenever I hit Save.

It did work for me. Maybe the page needs all the second and lower level bullets taken out.

What's the difference between "sorted" and "unsorted" here?

Many of these subpages have the WMGs sorted in some way. These who do are called "sorted".
