I've got an idea for a Todd WMG

Guessing where a pop star falls on his pop star scale.

I thought people hated "Fight Song" for it being bland nothingness. How exactly does the reason that people hate "7 Years" compare to that?

So, I think here I may as well use this spot to talk about including songs that missed the Top 20. Last year, there was Heartbeat Song and Marvin Gaye, two songs which peaked at #21 but were included in predictions before the year-end list came, at which point I added a bunch of other songs such as Ayo, Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh), Classic Man, and Night Changes, that made the Year-End list.

I also found this thread that tracks the Hot 100 and calculates how everything is going and what they think the predictions for the year-end list will be given what they have. By that logic, I came very close to putting Hide Away by Daya, which didn't make the Top 20 but has a chance for the year-end list, in the worst predictions, because if it makes the year-end it's a definite candidate for that.

So should tracks that don't make the Top 20 not be allowed at all before the year-end list? They've been allowed before (again, Heartbeat Song and Marvin Gaye) so I'm sure some would predict early that they might make the year-end list.
