Since we don't get to see him demonstrate any on-screen badassery, I'm going to go with 'no'.
She Is All Grown Up is in-universe examples only, which means that no matter how hot a character grew up, the trope only applies if it's another character in the story having this reaction to the character. I haven't played Emmett's route, so I don't know if that's the case or not.
She Cleans Up Nicely is for a character who normally appears average or homely, but proves to be very attractive when dressed up and with attention paid to their grooming. Again, I don't know if there's such a scene in Emmett's route, but the example text I removed from the YMMV page is not really related to this trope and it would need a separate listing if it also applies.
I swear, Emmett is made of tropes. I want to say he's a Never Gets Drunk, but what I'm thinking of is more along the lines of, "That guy who can drink everyone under the table and challenges others to drinking contests for funsies because of it." I swear it seems like there should be a trope for this. Did I miss something?

Working on cleaning up List of Shows That Need Summary
I'm thinking The Boss may qualify as Badass Baritone, but his badassness is mostly implied, we don't see him do anything directly on screen that isn't chessmastering. (He is after all the head honcho of Destrier and his bad leg ... well, I'm not sure if he's legitimately injured or just faking it so people underestimate him if they see him in person.) Thoughts?
