I think the convention you described works well. I'll revert the most recent edit to entirely third person; it has nothing to with the player's choices.
Using Second or Third person when referring to the MCs.
In all the other Choices novel articles, all the main and other nameable characters are referred by the defaukt names whenever the paragraph describes them regarding their roles in the story, while the Second Person gets used whenever the paragraph is about the player making determinant choices in-game.
Can we establish one use for future entries?
