Are you sure these things are actually references? A lot of examples of Shout-Out are mere coincidental similarity.

Regarding the Artistic License – History edit war... it's not so much "History" as it's clearly a very divergent timeline. You're picking holes in things well after the point of divergence, and with Deathshead being pretty much in charge, of course their plans will be different.

I'd like to add a separate Shout-Out page for this game. The base game is dripping with easter eggs and references, and The Old Blood even more so. It would cut down on page length and organize the references better.
