Controversies regarding creators shouldn't make it to work pages unless they directly affect the work itself. If the fan reaction is pretty major, it can go on the YMMV page.
... that said, knowing nothing of this work or its creator, you're not mentioning a controversy. Some people like porn and make NSFW art. Neither is inherently an issue reaching out to affect everything they touch. If there's more bleeding through to their works, then that might be another thing.
