The first three are more comic-relief (and, most importantly, cartoony) than the last three.

Felicia is a Dark Stalker. She may not be on the same power level as Morrigan and Jedah, but loving to sing and dance with some Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny! quirks doesn't mean she couldn't be serious.
Viewtiful Joe is just as cartoony as Arthur in terms of appearance, and uses odd gadgets like Rocket does.
Tron... I can understand. The Wingding Eyes, Tsundere tsun-tsun]] personality, and army of servbots... yeah. She can be serious when she needs, but I can agree that the story doesn't need an army of yellow and blue goofballs going up against galactic threats.
Still, the way the trope is written, I think it could be worded better. For starters, Phoenix Wright should be on the list instead of Felicia.
Yeah, I'm showing a little bias here for my favorite Cat Girl.
But honestly, I hate it when they shoo out the clown because of the story. You said you're biased for Felicia, I say I'm biased for Joe.
And yet Arthur's in despite that.
I really don't think Shoo Out the Clowns applies to this game, just because Viewtiful Joe, Tron Bonne, and Felicia didn't make the list. The trope is making it sound like they were never capable of being serious or could handle the storyline this game presents, but that's completely false. As I wrote in my edit reason for removing it, Dante, Frank West, and Spiderman would qualify just as easily.
