Someone clearly thinks so, given how many entries are commented out. But if that's the case, we should delete this page entirely, since currently this game only exists as trailers.
Discussing features that the devs have explicitly stated they're planning to implement (and shown work-in-progress footage of) is hardly speculative, any more than saying "Kerbal Space Program 2 will feature space travel" is speculative. The rules regarding SpeculativeTroping exist to prevent guesswork and wishful thinking, but this is just excessive. Citing official pre-release materials is explicitly allowed per CreatingAWorkPageForAnUpcomingWork; otherwise, it would be impossible to make a page for an upcoming work at all, since there would be nothing differentiating an upcoming work (which is allowed) from an unpublished one (which is not).
I'm going to un-comment some entries, and tighten them up slightly so they rely less on assumption. As part of this, I'm going to remove some entries "inherited" from the previous game, since we haven't seen much of how returning elements are going to be changed (even though it's easy to infer some things, they haven't been explicitly confirmed). Discussion is welcome.

Does it could as "speculative troping" if it's literally in the trailers?
