The same question. I arrived at the page thinking it had nothing, wrote an article, and realized it's locked. EVERYONE needs Useful Notes on Costa Rica (well, maybe it's an hyperbole, but I'm sure a lot of people need it.)

I did a rewrite. I didn't add info, but I think I improved the style. It Needs More Love and Needs A Better Description, but I think it can be kept.

What happen to the article? I know it wasn't very good (mine specially), but it had potential; and people need Useful Notes on Costa Rica.
