I would suggest Mythology Gag, to quote the page:
- A Mythology Gag is a sort of Meta-Continuity Nod, wherein a reference to some facet of a show's mythology or past production history (which is not actually considered Canon in the context of the show) is made.
On the moving truck, the company's name can be seen as Mendelson & Melendez, a clear reference to both Lee Mendelson (executive producer to the Peanuts animated specials) and Bill Melendez, the voice of Snoopy and Woodstock.
...But I don't know what category (the link to a TV Tropes page that everything starts with) this would go in.
