Isn't it still grammatically accurate, if a bit weird? If it is using proper grammar (seriously I'm not sure) then the example should probably be deleted.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?

We don't know, and we shouldn't delete it on the basis of a mere assumption.

Is the "Game Set" thing really so clear? It seems to be that it could just as easily mean that the game is "set", as in finished, rather than being a mangled tennis term.
