My thoughts are leaning toward no on this, though admittedly, my memory is a little foggy. She's got a competitive streak and does get angry at Ned, but this is generally more because he's doing something stupid than anything else. Further, she's never really in the "sweet and lovestruck" mood that would characterize a B-type Tsundere.
