Yes, cause theres a good chance she's an army brat, there known to move todifferent spots of the world depending on where there parents are posted so yes it's quite possible she was born in the us but raise in different spot of the world.

I think i know how that monster was formed, i think, possibly it thinks in the same mathematics the logopolitans used. It would explains QUITE alot about how that monster was able to create a new moon and even why the virus's look like that (They were mutated by the creatures first thought using said math.)

...but then decided to remove it. (I can't right now because someone else has the article locked, but I'm going to try again in a moment.) Here's the thing: The "born in the U.S." rule for presidents was obviously stretched a bit for the first few presidents because the U.S. didn't exist when those presidents were born. The rule was, that they either had to be born in the U.S. or have been in the U.S. at the moment it officially became a country. But, what about cases where the U.S. expands its borders? If something horrific happened and England suddenly became part of the U.S., would its citizens be allowed to run for president? I don't know.
