I have a minor disagreement on the "Captain Obvious" trope that quickly confirms Tuco was spying on Walt. It is obvious to the audience; no other parties such as the DEA or Hank particularly are in play. But to Walt (& Jesse as well), he knows Hank's in the DEA, so his paranoia could invite assumptions others are out to get him, be it G-men like Hank or thugs like Tuco.
