Agreed, that image doesn't do much to represent the actual folklore of the Romani, and instead looks like a stereotypical Romani fortune teller.
This entire page seems pretty half-baked, the page image doesn't look like it has anything to do with actual Romani mythology, there are only a handful of entries, and two of the three links purporting to lead to intros for Romani Mythology instead just dead-end in 404 errors, while the third goes to a homepage and not to anything specifically about the folklore of the Romani people.
