You would have to have seen Ferngully to have any idea that the picture is showing a bat slamming into a tree. Otherwise, you'll probably mistake it for a piece of cloth. Why not just use a picture of the trope namer, George of the Jungle?

We need a separate sub-trope of this for when people do the trap of pulling a branch back to make the path look clear and then letting go just as a rider (or even a runner) reaches it.
I swear i have seen that a dozen times. Defi itely a trope.
