One, I'm told this was started on You Know That Thing Where, but I do not believe it was properly launched, since there is no link to the specific proposal.

Two, this is redundant, already covered by A Lighter Shade of Black. Which is to say a lighter shade of black needs more than one party in it to begin with. I suppose this can exist independently of it, in the sense there can be a viler old villain, or a viler concurrent villain, but why do we need to be that specific. We have a trope for opposing villains where one is designed to be rooted for over the other already. There's no missing super trope here(that would be A Lighter Shade of Grey).

That's why he wants you to have the money. Not so you can buy 14 Cadillacs but so you can help build up the wastes
