From the main article: "Examples of this trope can include edge cases, wherein the first-person perspective is unbroken except for opening or closing cutscenes."
If a game is continuously in the first-person perspective except for the opening and/or closing cutscene, it's an example of the trope. If the game is in the first-person but repeatedly cuts to non-first-person cutscenes, it's not an example.

What exactly qualifies as an example? If Medal of Honor: Vanguard isn't an example because of the opening cutscene then how come this is an example: 'Both Shadow Warrior (1997) and Shadow Warrior (2013) never leave Lo Wang's perspective except for the opening cutscene.'? Both of these examples seem to be the same, and unless I am missing something, I can't see much difference between this and the Vanguard example.
