Not sure if Twilight Princess is an example. I was originally going to move it here because I'm not 100% when the "Zelda theme" first appeared there. But on top of that, the title music rearranges the original NES game's title music. Either way, it was initially a Zero Context Example.
I'm not an expert on the franchise, but isn't Final Fantasy's "theme music" the prelude
