The guy is called Münchhausen, every where on the site your dropped the h (the first h belongs to the 'ch' diphthong)

Munchausen is a common anglicization of Münchhausen. Used, for example, in Terry Gilliam's The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (imdb), which, I assume, directly inspired the naming of this trope.
Let's just say and leave it at that.

This badly needs a rename. The two medical syndromes are far more known these days, and anyone not familiar with the film? that inspired the trope will have no idea what this is about.
