Why is this separated by gender? That doesn't make any sense.

While I love Pepper Potts, the picture itself actually makes no sense, as it's from Iron Man 2, and she's actually a sexy CEO by that point.
Is this trope really gonna be deleted because I think it's still a good trope in its own right
