No You Know That Thing Where is a bad sign. That the description seems to not require physical strength despite "powerhouse" being in the title is also a bad sign.

This page has been around a long, long, while and doesn't have any obvious misuse issues. If you think the description could use work, talk it over in this thread.

Are there any maximum size requirements for this trope, or is it considered by relative comparison of the two combatants sizes? In other words: Does a person of average size and decent build being evenly matched - or surpassing - a hulking brute who is easily three to four times taller, has tons of massively-bulging muscles, and has proven himself to be ridiculously powerful count as this trope?
