This, but for male characters? Pimped out coats? ex. Almost all idol anime will have some, but Tsukiuta's Rabbits Kingdom costumes, especially Shun's, are the ones I'm thinking of.
I made this Idolized Julius Kingsley icon back when Akito first came out, and now that the crossover is actually happening, I don't care.

You don't have to ask about examples on these pages, if the examples are legit. Just put them up and make sure there is context (as in give relevant details about why the dress counts).

I could swear I came across an image on this site that showed one of the Disney Princesses side-by-side with Queen Mary I of England, the dresses being similar in design...
