The latter is about the effects of exposure to too much phlebotinum with regards to people. The former is about phelobtinum-operating systems breaking when you overload them.

So basically, Phlebotinum Overload is where the phlebotinum is overloaded, but Phlebotinum Overdose is where the phlebotinum does the overloading?
