I am a bit confused on this one. What's the difference between Phlebotinum Overload and Phlebotinum Overdose?

The latter is about the effects of exposure to too much phlebotinum with regards to people. The former is about phelobtinum-operating systems breaking when you overload them.

So basically, Phlebotinum Overload is where the phlebotinum is overloaded, but Phlebotinum Overdose is where the phlebotinum does the overloading?
