Regarding the M*A*S*H episode "Dreams", I was thinking along the lines of Klinger and Margaret: Klinger dreams himself dying on the table, and Margaret has a dream involving her wearing a white wedding dress that becomes blood-stained. I can't say with absolute confidence, but about this time I think Klinger stops wearing dresses and scheming to get out and Margaret stops trying to find a husband. I still think what I wrote on the main page is right, but perhaps I can make it less vague.
