In D&D 4th edition there are 17 languages, not just 10. However the other seven are mentioned in the players guide and dungeons masters guide only, which mentions the reason only ten are usually used is that it is better for gameplay.

I thought Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls only spoke English, Spanish and Squirrel.
