Is there a specific trope name for: Team is on their way out of danger when they realize one of the team has been left behind. Obviously No One Gets Left Behind, but this is the case where the Leader knows there is enormous risk in going back for the lost member, so they go back themselves while telling the rest of the group to continue forward and get out of danger.

"Sir, it's Smith's transmitter. He's still alive! But the whole enemy base back there is on alert and the explosives we planted will be going off in a dramatically-appropriate amount of time!" "Sergeant, you take the rest of the squad and get to the extraction point. I'm going back for Smith." "But Sir-" "No, buts, Sergeant." "Yes, Sir."

Summed Up: No One Gets Left Behind, but it's too dangerous for everyone to go back for them, so one character (The Leader/Hero) is going back alone and the rest of the team is (probably reluctantly) continuing on to safety (perhaps only because they've been ordered to).
