Regarding Real Life: I don't think that being old should be implicitly equated with being out of shape. Sure the body does tend to weaken after a certain point, but it isn't quite the same thing as being "out of shape" to me.

I added a second quote from the Trope Namer itself and it was kicked off, the second quote, from Final Fantasy Dissidia, is basically the Trope Namer Cloud saying the trope name in his attack. "Breaking my Limits" (Limit Break).

I think it should be re-added to the main page, if only for its Trope Namer status. Posting a discussion to see if other people agree/disagree.
