So would the trade Federation/ Trade Defense force from Star Wars count as an example of this trope?

Stellaris has the Corporate Authority, and empires under said authority do use Enforcers (i.e. police) jobs. A quick bit of fridge brilliance thus dictates that Corporate Enforcers are likely Law Enforcement, Inc.. Would this be enough for an Implied Trope reference?
