While I don't think it should be an example, I don't think Marshall and Lily should count because they have lots of sex before they get married. They're just a couple that has a lots of sex. They do have a lot after getting married... but they also do before getting married. So they really shouldn't count.

Is it necessary for the couple to have waited until marriage for Their First Time? Lily and Marshall from How I Met Your Mother, for example, would be a textbook example if not for that one stipulation. It doesn't seem to be core to the trope; it's one common reason why a pair of newlyweds might be particularly insatiable, but I don't think it should be a requirement.
