"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOkay, The Ren And Stimpy Show always grossed me out and I hated it. I shall express my opinion here. The words "Hotter and Sexier" should never be in the same sentence as that show's name. My eye literally started twitching when I read that.
Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesThing about the Fairy Tale examples is our most well known version today are Lighter and Softer and less Sexy then the originals. It's really a rebellion against that trend.
"Bram Stoker's Dracula is WAY more accurate to the novel than the Lugosi version" This is Subjective not a fact. yes the Coppola film had lots of details other adaptations lack. But the spirit of the story is completely messed up, while the Lugosi film I actually think got the gist of the story right.
And I should add plenty of Sexy Seductive vampires Predate Dracula. Carmilla The Vampire Countess, Clairmond, Lord Ruthven and so on. Vampires being Hotter and Sexier may not be faithful to the folklore but it's been in the Literature from day one.
