Should we point out that the 70% are way to high and are likely the result of a extreme observational error? I mean, when a horse is around 21 km/h fast, a normal arrow wouldn't even have 20 m/s, which is way too slow. So slow that other factors almost can't explain the difference.
I could have made an error though, nobody is perfect.
